Today, Ross Memorial Hospital celebrated its 50,000 dose of coronavirus vaccine administered to members of the community at the hospital’s drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Lindsay Fairgrounds (LEX).

The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKPR) is inviting anyone 12 years of age and older to visit any of its mass immunization clinics in Cobourg, Fenelon Falls or Minden for a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

Gamiing Nature Centre offers summer day camps

Gamiing Nature Centre is offering summer day camp in August for ages 4-11.

During the five-day nature camp, youth will participate in active and engaging outdoor experiences. Campers will use the newly refurbished Discovery Shack which has been restored thanks to local community support.
