Caregiving is often a solitary struggle having little or no contact with people who understand you or what you’re going through.

Family caregivers in Kawartha Lakes and beyond are working quietly behind the scenes to support a family member and their efforts often go unacknowledged.

Some have even shared they feel invisible.

In this session held by homecare organization Bayshore Home Health in collaboration with Silent Heroes, it’s a chance to show appreciation for the value caregivers bring to their family and to the community.
