ZERO IN to hold leadership workshop

Zero In, a local consulting firm based in Lindsay, will be holding its first of multiple workshops for 2019. The first workshop (Zero In on Leadership) will be held May 6-7 at the Days Inn in Lindsay.

Participants will learn several different areas of leadership that are required to ensure they have the tools to:

• Be part of a cohesive leadership team
• Create a trusting environment
• Make informed decisions
• Communicate effectively
• Be a coach and mentor
• Delegate appropriately and empower team members
• Demonstrate leadership courage

Who should attend?

Managers and executives in any functional area of their organization who want to strengthen their leadership skills.
