Transit services in Lindsay to resume full operations
Lindsay Transit riders will be pleased to hear that transit services will be resuming full operations starting on Sunday, June 14.
With the conditions of COVID-19 still present, Lindsay Transit will be implementing safety standards for all passengers and vehicles, including physical distancing and sanitation measures.
“We’ve been looking forward to getting our wheels rolling again and welcoming our transit riders back,” commented Kerri Lynn Hele, Transit Supervisor.
“However, safety is still our top priority, so we ask that everyone using our services to please respect the safety protocols and physical distancing guidelines in place.”
All routes will be running under normal operational hours: Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 7pm and Sunday, from 9 am to 4 pm.

Please note
Due to COVID-19 circumstances, Lindsay Transit drivers will be advised to limit the amount of passengers on board if capacity reaches beyond physical distancing allowance.
