Tools taken during Mill Street break and enter

Over $1,500 in tools are missing after it was discovered that a Mill Street, Lindsay home had been broken into.

Kawartha Lakes Police were called to the residence after the homeowner discovered that a screen had been cut and then a window had been forced open.

The owner reported that the break-in occurred between 2 pm Dec. 15 and 8 pm on Dec. 18. Once inside the home, the suspect(s) removed; a Kango rotary hammer with drills and chisels, Mastercraft hammer drill, Rigid cordless drill set, hole saw lit, and a Milwaukee, air nailer.

Police are asking that anyone who may have information about the break and enter to contact them if they saw anything that they think may be suspicious.
