TICO

As a TICO registered travel agency, you benefit from the consumer protection available in Ontario, which includes an industry financed Travel Compensation Fund through the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).  The fund reimburses consumers when they do not receive the travel services purchased due to the bankruptcy or failure of an airline, cruise line or other supplier.
