Significant drug seizure in Lindsay

On the evening of March 14, drug enforcement officers were conducting an investigation on William Street North in Lindsay.

As a result of that investigation, a 30-year-old male suspect was arrested with a large quantity of cocaine.

Officers also seized quantities of heroin and marijuana.

Jerome Dorsey of Scarborough Ontario is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He was to appear in a Lindsay court for bail hearing on Thursday.
