Sew Little Time Emporium has diversified
Sew Little Time Emporium is a lot to do about sewing and fabric, but there’s more to the business than that.
“It’s been described as unique, a little bit of everything, and warm and inviting,” says owner Karen Suggitt.
“We try to keep this inviting feeling” by allowing the shop to have a life of its own — it’s constantly changing, she says.
There are antiques, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Gone With the Wind collectibles, as well as dishes, Precious Moments, Coca-Cola, and pictures in the little store.
Of course, it’s maybe no surprise there are vintage and antique sewing machines for sale, which Sew Little Time can repair when needed.
To go with that theme Suggitt has a large assortment of upholstery and polyester mixes – about 300 bolts — suitable for home sewers wishing to make their own garments.
The business is located at 6 Lindsay St. N., right beside Lori’s Family Hair Care, and just a couple units away from local MPP Laurie Scott’s office. Call 705-328-4184.
