Scarborough man arrested for B&E at Lindsay business

On December 24 2017 the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service was notified of a break and enter that had occurred to a business on Commerce Road in Lindsay.

Investigating officers located evidence at the scene of the break and enter which led to a suspect being identified.

On April 4, 2018 members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch attended the City of Toronto and took the suspect into custody.

Charged with break and enter and commit an indictable offence and failing to comply with the conditions of his probation order is 35-year-old Marcel Laframboise of Scarborough.

The accused was held in custody to attend a bail hearing on April 5.
