Police appealing for witnesses to altercation

Investigators with the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service are currently investigating a disturbance that took place today at 11:05 am at the intersection of William Street South and Russell Street West in Lindsay.

At the time an incident occurred between a pedestrian and the operator of a red Dodge Ram pick-up truck.

Police are interested in speaking with the operator or any occupants of the Dodge Ram but are also asking anyone who witnessed this incident to contact Detective Constable Mark Donaldson at (705)324-6307 ext. 524, or .
