Man arrested for failing to comply with probation order

 On Friday June 30 at approximately 10:15 am a City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service constable who was patrolling the area of Ridout Street in Lindsay, observed a man she knew to be bound by the conditions of a probation order.

The officer observed the man to be in the company of person he had been ordered by the court to remain away from.

The officer arrested the man for breaching his probation order.

Charged with one count of failing to comply with his probation order is 32-year-old Kyle Kelly Luck of Lindsay.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on August 9.
