MPP to hold human sex trafficking seminar

MPP Laurie Scott will be hosting a human sex trafficking public awareness seminar in Haliburton in partnership with the Kawartha Haliburton Victim services.

Presentations will be made by a representative of the Ontario Provincial Police, Kawartha Haliburton Victim Services
(KHVS) and keynote remarks will be delivered by a survivor of human sex trafficking, Simone Bell.

The date of the seminar is Friday, April 27, from 1-3 pm, at the Haliburton Community Funeral Home at 13523 Highway 118, Haliburton. To register, click here.
