Motorist arrested: dangerous driving on Angeline
On Friday March 16th, 2018 at 9 pm a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service was monitoring traffic at the intersection of Kent Street and Angeline Street in Lindsay.
The officer observed a van travelling south on Angeline Street at a high rate of speed, passing vehicles and then moving into the lane for northbound traffic.
The investigating officer stopped the van on Angeline Street south and arrested the driver for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle is 52-year-old Fernando Salinas Lugo. The Accused will make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice on April 19.
