More Kawartha Lakes Farmers’ Markets are opening up for the summer.

The Fenelon Falls Farmers’ Market opened today, running Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm on Bond and John Street. The Friday market will run until October and the Saturday market will run until September.

The Bobcaygeon Agricultural Society is hosting a Vendors’ Market this summer, starting this Saturday, July 4 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Bobcaygeon-Verulam Community Centre.

Additionally, the Bobcaygeon Farmers’ Market is offering an Online Market with select vendors offering pick-ups and online ordering.

The Lindsay and Kinmount Farmers’ Markets are already open and continue to operate weekly:

  • Lindsay: Open every Thursday at Wilson Fields from 10 am to 3 pm and every Saturday on Victoria Avenue between Kent Street and Peel Street from 7 am to 1 pm, until the end of October.
  • Kinmount: Open at Austin Sawmill Park every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm until Thanksgiving.

Each market is following strict safety protocols from the Haliburton, Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit.

Please review the Health Unit’s guidelines prior to visiting and follow them on-site so the Markets can stay open and keep everyone healthy.
