Man charged for damage to two Lindsay businesses
On May 19 at 1:42 am the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service was called to attend the area of Peel Street in Lindsay after a witness observed a man breaking windows at two separate buildings.
When officers arrived in the area they located a man they believed to be responsible.
Further investigation confirmed the man had damaged the windows and he was arrested.
Charged with two counts of mischief under $5000 is 20-year-old Jordan James Weatherall of Lindsay.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on June 21.
