Kawartha Lakes Police Service provide update on shooting investigation
Police have obtained a better photograph of the vehicle involved in the shooting which occurred in Lindsay on Dec. 4, 2024.

—In criminology, “The broken windows theory”, states that visible signs of crime, antisocial behavior and civil disorder create an urban environment that encourages further crime and disorder, including serious crimes.” —– If this doesn’t describe what’s going on in Lindsay , I don’t know what does.
