Kawartha Financial Solutions ready to help

Kawartha Financial Solutions is a new accounting business, specializing in bookkeeping, business analysis, and personal tax returns.

Traci Kemp’s new business started up in December and is serving clients throughout the Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton areas.

“I want to provide client-focused services that have the maximum beneficial outcome to each individual person or business,” she says. “I believe in quality work that puts each business first and their individual needs. All consultations are free and my service prices are competitive and reasonable.”

Kemp’s strategy is to make a plan for each client that centres on their goals, success points, and needs.

Kemp is running a financial workshop for taxes on Feb. 6 from 6-8 pm at the Zen Den in Bobcaygeon (49 King Street E. ) on personal taxes and small business taxes. She will cover tips and tricks, and participants will learn what you can and can’t claim as a small business or individual.

“Lots of clients aren’t sure what is classified as a business expense and don’t know what kinds of things are beneficial on a personal return. It’s also a forum to have basic questions asked,” she says.
