Innovation Awards deadline fast approaching

The countdown is on to get your businesses or non-profit’s application in for the 2019 Innovation Awards. The Innovation Awards recognize new innovative businesses in Kawartha Lakes or new innovations that have been created in Kawartha Lakes in the past 12-18 months.

Applications can be submitted online at www.smallbizweek.net or submitted in person to the offices of Kawartha Lakes Community Futures Development Corporation at 189 Kent Street West, Suite 211 in Lindsay. Deadline for submissions is Thursday, October 10^th before 3pm.

There are cash prizes for the top three finalists (1^st prize $750, 2^nd prize $500, 3^rd prize $250) and the Awards will take place this year on Friday, October 25 during Innovation Day presented by BDC at the Lindsay Golf and Country Club.

The Innovation Awards and Innovation Day are supported by the Kawartha Lakes Community Futures Development Corporation, Kawartha Lakes Business & Community Development Corporation, BDC, Fleming College, BDO Lindsay, Kawartha Credit Union, Kawartha Lakes This Week, 91.9 BobFM and Colour And Code.
