The Kawartha Lakes Arts Council is delighted to announce the return of the 5th annual Made in Kawartha Lakes (MIKL) show and sale. Visitors are invited to attend May 27 and 28 at Kawartha Settlers’ Village (Bobcaygeon, Ontario) , open 10 am-4 pm.

MIKL is hosted by the Kawartha Lakes Arts Council (KLAC) with partner the Kawartha Art Gallery.

“The setting at the village is perfect for a juried show and sale, as it offers indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate a wide variety of artistic mediums, while creating a pleasant backdrop for visitors of the show to explore at their leisure,” says Lesley Drummond, KLAC Board member and MIKL Artist Coordinator.

“With food vendors and music, it’s an enjoyable setting for local artists and artisans to connect with existing and new consumers of their work.”

Talented artistic vendors will be selling a wide range of their products, all created locally with a Kawartha Lakes flair. These include paintings, photographs, furniture, pottery, and much more all at a wide range of prices. On site will be:
