Split the Pot lottery supporting hospitals across Ontario
Split the Pot Lottery supports over half of Ontario’s public hospitals. A monthly lottery program with 13 grand prizes winners every month. The June lottery sales are live with a $750,000 guaranteed grand prize payout, and $85,000 in early bird prizing with an exciting bonus early bird prize of groceries for a year, a $10,400 value — or the winner can opt to take $8,000 in cash. In total, 52 winners will be announced this June. Split the Pot gives players the chance to win every single week. With deadlines every Wednesday and draws every Thursday, Split the Pot is no ordinary lottery. The final grand prize payout deadline lands on Wednesday, June 25 at 11:59 p.m.
“Healthcare needs have become extremely crucial since the pandemic. Hospitals across Ontario continue to face many challenges,” said Gillian D’Emilio, marketing manager of Grand River Hospital Foundation, in a press release. “Government funding alone is not enough to sustain high-quality patient care, and fundraising plays a crucial role in ensuring hospitals can acquire life-saving equipment and state-of-the-art technology. Split the Pot Lottery offers a creative and impactful way for Ontarians to support their hospitals while having the chance to win some extra cash.”
Funds raised through Split the Pot help support 79 participating hospitals, including Ross Memorial, and healthcare foundations. Players can choose to support a specific foundation at checkout or split their impact equally among all participating foundations by selecting “All Participating Hospitals.” Every ticket supports better care, stronger communities, and a healthier future.
The Grand Prize is split among 13 winners on June 26, 2025. One winner will take home 60 per cent of the payout, two winners will share 20 per cent, and the remaining 20 per cent will be split between ten winners.
