Obituaries

Passed away peacefully in his sleep in his 79th year with his fiance, Cristel Fabunan, and his best friend, Jeff Nelson, by his side. Predeceased parents, Earnest Raymond Quackenbush and Thelma Buela Quackenbush, and predeceased brother, Jim Quackenbush, and wife, Mary.

Survived by children, Bill (Donna), Don (Sheri), Derek, and Michelle. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Cassandra Howell (Jon), Cheyanne Walker (Cole), and Devan Quackenbush, and great-grandchildren, Noah Howell, Braydon Howell, Olivia Walker, and Scarlett Walker.

William is survived by his siblings, Lois (Don, deceased) Mein, Earl (Carolyn) Quackenbush, Joan (Ken, deceased) Coombs, Larry Quackenbush, and Gail (Bill) Westenbrink.

A Celebration of LIfe will be held on Sunday Oct. 5th at Omemee Coronation Hall. Receiving family and friends between 2-3pm, with words of reflection between 3-4pm and light luncheon provided afterwards.
