Obituary For Scott Mathieu
The family of Cpl. Scott Mathieu would like to express our thanks to the community for the outpouring of support in the weeks following his sudden passing. The meals, hugs, chats and cards have been a constant reminder of how the love and care of neighbours and friends can make a real difference during a difficult time.
Scott's survivors include his wife, Katarina, children, Baker and Emily, parents, Heather Scott and Pat Mathieu, grandparents, Betty Scott and Roland Mathieu, sister, Laura Mathieu and her husband, Craig Durham, and a beloved group of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
Following the private military service in Cold Lake, Alberta, there will be a celebration of Scott's life on Saturday, March 28 from 2PM-5PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 238 located at 23 Veterans Way, Fenelon Falls, ON.
