Entered into rest at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in her 83rd year. Jean was the beloved wife of Ivan Carpenter for 65 years and a loving mother to Robert, Brian (Caroline), Duane, and her daughter Heather (Richard). Dear sister of Sandra and Debbie, and predeceased by her brothers Lloyd, James, and Alan, and her sister Ruth. Jean was a devoted gramma to eleven grandchildren and a cherished great-gramma to seven great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place, with a graveside service to be held at Fenelon Falls Cemetery in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army Food Bank, Fenelon Falls, would be appreciated by the family.
