At Fenelon Court’s Long Term Care Facility, entered into rest with her sons by her side on April 3rd, 2025.

Joyce Poole 94 years of age, was a long-time resident of Bobcaygeon. Joyce was a loving wife of 54 years to Frank Poole (Predeceased 2008). Devoted Mother of Gary (Predeceased 2013) (Debbie), David (Monica) and Chris (Cathy). Caring Nanny to her Grandchildren Carly (Brian), Jay (Ally), Craig (Holly), Taylor, Logan (Brittany), Jenna (Liam) and Mariah (Caleb). Joyce had the great honour to have met her many Great Grandchildren, Scarlett, Ewan, Audrey, Jono, Georgia, Vienna, Kya, Sophia, Calli, Coast, Rip, Reef, Oak and Archer. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her sister Joan Smith (Predeceased Armond) and her many Nephews, Nieces, Great-Nieces and great-Nephews.

Joyce lived a life with so much passion for her family, community and friends. She was an active member of the Trinity United Church, Settlers Village, Kinettes and many more Bobcaygeon organizations. Joyce spent many memorable years as an owner and operator of Buckeye Centre until age 87. She will be greatly missed by all.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – MONK CHAPEL. A visitation will take place on Thursday April 24th, 2025 at The Hendren Funeral Home – Monk Chapel (6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon) from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A service will be held on Saturday April 26th, 2025 at Trinity United Church (44 William Street, Bobcaygeon) beginning at 11:00 AM.
