Obituaries

Passed away at Pinecrest Nursing Home on Wednesday December 10, 2025. Jean Harnden of Bobcaygeon, formerly of Oshawa in her 93rd year. Jean was a very active volunteer with several groups including Kawartha Settlers Village, Meals on Wheels and the Food Bank. She and Bill enjoyed extensive travelling throughout the world and were avid snowmobilers and boaters for over 40 years. Missed by her sons Michael Harnden (Corey) of Bobcaygeon and Robert Harnden of Orillia. Remembered by her step-grandchildren Morgan and Benjamin. Predeceased by her late husband of 65 years William “Bill” Harnden, sisters Shirley Perry (Jack), Kathleen “Kay” Lovell and brother Robert Sheridan. Cremation has taken place.
