Born on October 9, 1953 in Lindsay, Ontario to predeceased parents Alvin and Madeline Tough. Wendy, passed away peacefully with family by her side on January 26, 2026 at the Ross Memorial Hospital. Beloved wife of Clare Teel, and loving mother to Carrie Wood (Andy), and Clare Teel. Cherished Grandma of Madison and Drew Wood, and Austin Teel. Loving sister of Lynn (the late Fred, 2025), Denise, Micheal, Lawrence, Madeline (Jim Dalcopoulos), and predeceased by her brothers; Allan and Peter. Wendy will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will take place at St. Mary’s Victoria Road in Kirkfield will take place in the spring.
