Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario on July 13, 2026. Brian leaves behind his cherished wife Cheryl Rideout (nee Duncan). Devoted father of Mark (Emma) & Blake (Maddie). Loving grandfather of Dominic. Predeceased by his parents Bennett Rideout & Joan Rideout (nee White). Brother of the Late Golda, the Late Derrick, Christine, Ivan, Barry, Annette, Craig and their respected spouses. Son in Law of Margaret Duncan & the Late William Duncan. Remembered by brother in laws David Duncan, Brian Duncan (Debbie) & Paul Duncan (Nicole). Brian will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

The Rideout family would like to extend their thanks to Ross Memorial Hospital and all the doctors, nurses and staff that cared for Brian.

In keeping with Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
