Obituaries

Ann Louise passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital with family by her side after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Survived by partner Wayne Ireland, sons David (Lora) and Steven Gilmore. Loving Nana to Mitchell (Liz), Joshua, Gregory, Zachary, Michelle, and Jaclyn (Andrew). Great Grandmother to Caelum, Vincent, Izzabelle and Nathan. Ann Louise kept herself busy. She was an artist, art teacher, author, crocheter, gardener, sewer, and family historian. She was a member of art groups, Horticultural Society, Hook and Needles, and choir. Her proudest accomplishments were being a book author and having a painting hung in City Hall. The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at the Ross. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital in memory of Ann Louise would be appreciated.
