Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, at the age of 91. Alta (née McGill), beloved wife of the late Jimmy Curtis of Pontypool. Loving mother of Randy Curtis (Karen), Grant Curtis, Cindy Curtis, Tim Curtis (Diane), and John Curtis (Bill). Predeceased by her daughter Vicky. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Alta will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay, on August 29th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Pontypool Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
