Work with us
If you are interested in writing for our publications or joining us for an internship or co-op opportunity, please reach out with your resume and cover letter. The Advocate provides valuable work experience, both in journalism and community development.

Publishing Rights
When the Advocate purchases a freelance story we retain a license of All Rights; the author is selling us ‘all rights’ to the work provided. Once purchased, the publisher may publish the work in any format, including print and electronic formats, and this includes republishing rights in the future.
