Peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, at age 80. Marchia (nee Schram), beloved wife of the late Paul Otter (2018). Loved mother of Paul (Cathie), Barrie (Hanna), Dean (Christina), and Kevin. Loving grandmother of Colin (Kali), Danielle (Justin), Nastia, Katia (Sergioya), Mackenzie (Josh), Nicholas, and Joey (Brittany); and great grandmother to Cohen, Koleson, Kira, Dasha, Murray, Kainslee, Peyton, Mylah, Maverick, Paulina, Timothy and Lolita. Dear sister of Barb Schram and Elaine Stewart. Marchia will be missed by her nephew Andrew Stewart (Amber). Celebration of Life to follow at a later date.
