Obituary For Heather Jean Dillon

Heather Jean Dillon, 77, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, in Lindsay, surrounded by her loving family.

Heather was born on June 5, 1948, in Finch Ontario, to Mae and Hugh Cameron. She was predeceased by her siblings Robert, Carol, George, Manson, Betty, and Doug.

Heather built a long and fulfilling career as a Hairdresser and salon manager. Outside of work, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures—completing puzzles, reading a good book, many craft projects and spending time playing cards and bingo with friends. Her happiest moments were spending summer in the trailer park, her favourite place, where she took great pride in managing the park and being part of a close-knit community of friends that will miss her dearly.

Heather will be deeply missed by her beloved partner of 44 years, Gary Granger. She was a devoted and loving mother to Brad (Crystal), Carolyn (David), John (Erin), and Tara (Marttin). She was a cherished aunt to Connie and Ann as well as a doting grandmother and great grandmother to Mackenzie, Griffin, Bayden, Matthew, Evren, Alexis, Brooke, Josh, Brandon, Chase, Tukker, Skyler, Sophia and Violet. As well as many extended family members. Heather is survived by her siblings Joan, Laura, Brian, and Sue.

Her warmth, laughter, and beautiful smile will be fondly remembered by all who knew her; May She Rest in Peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Condolences may be made at www.riversidelindsay.com.
