Obituaries

Passed away peacefully with family at his side and surrounded by love. Brian will be lovingly remembered by his partner, Gail Brockbank, his children Stacy (Allan) Jeffrey, Adam (Natasha) Robertson, and Sarah (Michelle) DeBowes. Brian was the proud grandfather of Tyson (Jennica), Harley, Jaxon (Carlie), Austin, Morgan, Brooke, and Blake, & will look over his first great grandchild until their arrival in June.

Brian will be remembered by his brothers, Bob (Tammy) Robertson, Charlie Robertson, Clifton Robertson, and William (Steven) Robertson, as well as his sisters, Pat Kirk, Paulette (Ade) O'Brien, Madolyn Coulter, Janet Coulter, Sheryl (Kevin) Robertson, Karen Robertson, Nancy (Norman) Coulter, and Joan Robertson. Brian will be forever remembered by his life-long friend and the mother of his children (Stacy & Adam), Karen 'Mac' Robertson. Brian is predeceased by his parents, Anita (nee: Bell) and Clifford Robertson, his sister, Kate Grezaud, and his brothers-in-law, Butch, Dan & Steve.

Brian was an uncle, a mentor, and a father-figure to many. He enjoyed travelling, fishing, and hockey - always watching his beloved Leafs no matter how they were doing. Last but not least, he loved his family, more than words can say. Brian lived a full life on his terms to the very end.

Family and friends are invited to the Riverside Chapel (347 Lindsay Street South, Lindsay – located at the north end of the cemetery) for a Celebration of Life from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28th, 2026. A reception with light bites & refreshments will follow at the home of Bob and Tammy (2504 Farmcrest Avenue, Peterborough).
