A series of upcoming mental health programs will be available at Ross Memorial Hospital and are free unless otherwise noted.

Oct. 25 -- Understanding Psychosis

Nov. 29 -- Navigating the Family Legal System

Jan. 31, 2018 -- Coping with Panic Attacks

Feb. 28 -- Autism

March 28 -- Fetal alcohol syndrome

April 25 -- mental health wellbeing

May 23 -- SAFETalk (registration and $10 fee required)

Each workshop is from 6-7 pm at Ross Memorial Hospital.

Registration and $125 fee required. Materials, snacks and certificate included, lunch on your own.  Held at Ross Memorial Hospital Classroom.
