The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board has retained the services of Waterhouse Executive Search to lead the recruitment process for the next Chief of Police for the Kawartha Lakes Police Service.

The Board is looking for a modern, community-oriented leader to replace Chief Mark Mitchell, who is retiring in 2024. Waterhouse Executive Search has over 20 years of recruitment experience, and extensive knowledge in the field of policing in Ontario.

The Police Services Board is excited to be working with Waterhouse to recruit a new Chief of Police and continue to fulfil the Service’s vision of leading our community towards a safer tomorrow.
