Support the neighbourhood food drive for Food Source

Community members are invited to participate in a neighbourhood food drive to support Kawartha Lakes Food Source.

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, food and household items are increasingly needed by food banks throughout Kawartha Lakes, especially by the food banks located in the town of Lindsay.

Starting Monday, March 30 a collection table will be placed on the front porch at 45 Cambridge St. N., Mondays only between 10:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m.

Donors wishing to participate can reference the KLFS “needs list” below. They ask that the public leave all items in plastic grocery bags to reduce risk for all.

Once a substantial quantity of food/household items are collected, they will be delivered directly to the KLFS for distribution to local food banks.
