Recovery through the arts at LCVI
The Canadian Mental Health Association Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge (C.M.H.A. H.K.P.R.) is pleased to invite you to Recovery Through the Arts on Thursday, April 25 at LCVI, a night filled with local talent to celebrate their work and help reduce the stigma often associated with those living with a mental illness.
Event proceeds will be directed to the REACH for Recovery Program. The evening will include live entertainment, performing and visual arts, a silent auction, hand-designed t-shirts, and food.
The cost to attend is $3 per person or pay what you can and the time is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
REACH stands for Recovery Empowerment Advocacy Community and Hope. REACH is a Lindsay-based program of C.M.H.A. H.K.P.R. that provides services to individuals living with mental health concerns or other significant challenges. The REACH Program can assist the person in gaining the skills necessary to be participating members of their home and community.
