Obituary For Marie Yvonne McCann (née Legacy)
Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario on December 20, 2025. Yvonne leaves behind her devoted children Dean Van Kuik & Tammy Van Kuik (Earle Gilbert). She will be missed by her brothers Charles Lagacey (Jeanette) & Leo Legacy (Mary). Predeceased by siblings Viola Wilkins (Edward), Rita Walsh (Bill), Aldea Grant (Richard), William Legacy (Stella) & Robert Legacy.
A Memorial Service will take place on January 17, 2026, at 12PM at Lakeland Funeral Centre. A reception will follow. Private family graveside to take place in the spring at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Lindsay, Ontario.
Donations in memory of Yvonne can be made to the Diabetes Foundation of Canada.
