New Castle John’s Restaurant thanks community with donation to RMH
If you dined at Castle John’s new Lindsay location during their grand opening celebration on June 8 you’re also a donor to the Ross Memorial Hospital.
In a gesture of thanks for the warm welcome from its new community, the team at Castle John’s chose to donate 10 per cent of the proceeds from its grand opening celebration to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, so everyone in Kawartha Lakes would benefit.
On July 19, regional manager Angie Poucher gathered the Castle John’s team to help present a cheque for $1,065.28. These funds will support priority needs at the Ross including bedside medical equipment and life-saving technology.
“Local business leaders in our community play a vital role at our hospital,” said Erin Coons. “We’re honoured to receive this gift from the team at Castle John’s and congratulate them on their successful opening at their new location in Lindsay. Welcome to the community!”
With every donation to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, donors are transforming the patient experience, improving patient care and outcomes and growing services and spaces. For more information about donors’ impact on patient care, visit www.rmh.org/foundation.
