Lindsay Lawn Bowlers win provincial gold

Three local Lindsay Lawn Bowlers recently travelled to Kingston Ontario to compete for Gold Medal Honours in the Novice Men’s Triple bowling competition.

The bowlers had won District 14 recognition and now faced winning bowlers from the other 15 Districts in Ontario.

Bowling began early on Saturday morning, and by late Sunday afternoon the Lindsay team had played and won all of six of their competitive games.
