Job seekers could win a $100 Loblaws gift card

Have you ever wanted to suggest change to the government to better assist employers and/or job seekers? Have you ever wanted to be in a career but can’t because you don’t have the right training?

This is your chance, as Victoria County Career Services (VCCS) is hosting a focus group for job seekers at their office on Oct. 20 from 1-3 pm and Oct. 26 from 1-3 pm.

All participants will be entered to win a $100.00 gift card to Loblaws. Light refreshments will be provided.

The opportunities and recommendations identified in these focus groups will be presented to the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development and will assist in the modernization of provincially-funded employment and training programs.
