Globus Theatre holds auditions for Sleeping Beauty panto

Globus Theatre will hold auditions for the 14th annual panto on October 6-7 for the community. Globus Theatre is calling for all talented (or purely enthusiastic) community members who would like to join the cast of professional actors in the production of Sleeping Beauty: A Traditional British Panto, which will be performed Dec. 4-15.

We are looking for all types of roles, big and small, older and younger. Any adult or child (six or older) are encouraged to audition. Roles will be double cast and performances will be during the days and in the evenings.

Community members wishing to work backstage, paint scenery, build sets, find props, sew costumes, do make-up or take the stage will be most welcome.

Auditions will be held at the following times. Please book one of the four audition slots available: Oct 6, 3-4 pm, 4-5 pm, or Oct. 7 from 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm.

Those auditioning for performance roles are asked to prepare a two-minute monologue and be prepared to read from the script. To schedule an audition time, call the Box Office at 705-738-2037 or email .
