Free mental health programs at Ross

A series of upcoming mental health programs will be available at Ross Memorial Hospital and are free unless otherwise noted.

Oct. 25 — Understanding Psychosis

Nov. 29 — Navigating the Family Legal System

Jan. 31, 2018 — Coping with Panic Attacks

Feb. 28 — Autism

March 28 — Fetal alcohol syndrome

April 25 — mental health wellbeing

May 23 — SAFETalk (registration and $10 fee required)

Each workshop is from 6-7 pm at Ross Memorial Hospital.

 Mental Health First Aid     

Feb. 15-16

Registration and $125 fee required. Materials, snacks and certificate included, lunch on your own.  Held at Ross Memorial Hospital Classroom.
