Environmental Fair taking place in Bobcaygeon on June 8

Interested in test driving an electric car? Or chatting with owners about their EV driving experiences?

Visit the Environmental Fair on Canal Street in Bobcaygeon on Saturday June 8 to do just that. The free test drives are courtesy of the Plug ‘n Drive Discovery Centre Roadshow. And members of the Kawartha EV Society will be on hand with their cars to answer questions about driving electric. While there, visitors can learn about local environmental actions that are helping our bees, butterflies, birds, and our climate.

The Environmental Fair is part of this year’s Welcome Back Summer event in Bobcaygeon organized by the Bobcaygeon Chamber of Commerce and Impact 32. With live music, kids’ entertainment, face painting, yoga in the park and specials throughout town, there are lots of activities for the whole family. It’s a great way to kick off summer.
