Coffee and Conversation at the Olde Gaol: Share your stories
Dialogue is a powerful mode of conversation that stimulates great thoughts, ideas, and ultimately can lead to positive change.
Dialogue can occur between family, friends, co-workers, and strangers. And it can occur between people who do not share the same experiences, perspectives, or ideas.
The Kawartha Lakes Historical Society wants to support conversation in our community and offer a place for dialogue about the past, present, and future.
They invite the public to join them at 50 Victoria Avenue North, Lindsay on March 14 at 10 am to Noon.
Have conversations. Connect with your heritage. Learn from the stories of others. Reminisce about days gone by. Explore shared history. Come together and find your place within the museum.
The Kawartha Lakes Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing community awareness and appreciation of local heritage.
It seeks to inspire and engage with the public through cultural exhibits, events and partnerships within its community.
Through its outreach initiatives, the KLHS features, celebrates and shares local stories and how they connect to Canada’s history.
