Canada United: Here’s another way to support small businesses

MP Schmale says low taxes, private-sector jobs the answer, not basic income

Canada United is offering small business relief grants of up to $5,000 to help small Canadian businesses with recovery efforts as a result of COVID-19.

The grant funds will grow over the next several weeks as every video watched and social post liked from Canada United will result in a 5ยข contribution from RBC and other partners.

Also for every micro interaction with the campaign, such as shares, likes, and comments on posts relating to the Canada United program, and through the usage of the hashtag “canadaunited.”

Funds can be used for PPE, renovations, or e-commerce capabilities.

Local chambers of commerce in Kawartha Lakes invite you to visit the website, www.gocanadaunited.ca, for this promotion to find out more.

Small businesses can also access some marketing materials which have been pre-made for everyone to share in support of this program.
