It has been one year and four months since 34-year-old Cory Lanteigne was last seen on O’Reilly Lane in Lindsay Ontario.

At the time Cory Lanteigne disappeared, the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service, with assistance from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Central Region Emergency Response Team, Canine Units and a helicopter from the OPP Aviation Services, searched the area of O’Reilly Lane.

Unfortunately, Lanteigne was not located. The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service is appealing to the public as they continue to search for clues to his disappearance.

Cory Lanteigne went missing 16 months ago.

Lanteigne went missing at 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016, when he was last seen leaving a family member’s home on O’Reilly Lane.

Since that time the City of Kawartha Lakes Police have continued to investigate his disappearance but have failed to locate him.

Lanteigne is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 lbs. He has brown hair that was shaved very close to his head, and he was unshaven.

He was last seen wearing grey cotton casual pants, black Nike running shoes, a black canvass jacket and a grey shirt. He has been known to hitchhike in the past. Police do not suspect any foul play in his disappearance.

Kawartha Lakes Police are appealing for any information that could assist in locating Lanteigne.
