Aging GPS aims to chart a course for senior wellness

In his 1970 essay, Robert Greenleaf coined the phrase ‘servant leadership.’

“A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong,” as Greenleaf wrote.

It’s there where we find Lindsay’s Graham Bashford. Bashford is the owner of Castle Keep Retirement, where the goal is the provision of care while aging in place at home, whether that’s personal care through a personal support worker, or other kinds of help like companionship and yard maintenance. Now, Bashford is launching another, complimentary business called Aging GPS.

Aging GPS is all about helping families navigate the complex system of health care in Ontario. Bashford provides solutions for seniors and families who are looking for aging options in the Kawartha’s. The one-stop-shop approach to education and organization of available services, both public and private, eliminates the arduous task of navigating the system yourself.

Bashford offers three levels of service: A one time family consultation, help in planning a downsizing, or a monthly retainer service to be available through all the roadblocks to provide expert solutions. Call 705-328-4170 or visit aginggps.com to learn more.
