The Yoga Loft promotes Valentine’s Day workshop

The Yoga Loft’s Joey Henderson says this Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to invest in spending quality time with your partner — with an intimate yoga workshop. The workshop will allow couples to explore partner yoga, and experience ‘loving touch.’

The evening begins with a 30 minute, all levels, partner yoga practice, designed to allow for physical connection in a serene space.

“It is said that partner yoga helps to develop communication skills, increase intimacy, helps promote honesty, and gives us the opportunity to understand the body language of our partner,” says Henderson.

Following the partner yoga session, couples will have the opportunity to learn about Thai massage and the techniques that can be explored with one another.

Thai Massage is known to relieve muscle pain, promote relaxation, and significantly de-stress an individual, all while boosting one’s mood.

This unique workshop is designed to help relax and restore, while connecting with your partner. You will also learn how you can work together to strengthen bonds and enjoy each others’ company.

An optional, complimentary glass of champagne will be provided for each participant. To register visit the Yoga Loft website.
