Peterborough woman arrested for break and enters in Lindsay

On Friday June 29 at approximately 9:25 pm the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service was alerted to a break and enter that was taking place at a business on Kent Street West in Lindsay.

As officers arrived in the area, a witness directed them to a woman who was leaving the property on a bicycle.

Officers learned the woman was responsible for breaking into two separate units on the property and took her into custody.

Charged with two counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence and two counts of failing to comply with the conditions of her probation order is 34-year-old Lindsay Christina Flockhart of Peterborough.

The accused was held in custody to attend a bail hearing on Saturday June 30.
